Homes offers you a unique opportunity to design your own home, or you
may choose from our long line of designs.

You may add your personal touch to an existing
design. Any designs can be customized or modified to accommodate
your needs.

Once you make
your choice, we submit your house plan to our manufacturer where
the engineering and design department will assess it. Together we create the plan that works for
you. Once the plan is drawn to your satisfaction, the building
process proceeds exactly like any other modular house.

Porches and garages are site built on all
our homes. Adding a porch or garage is a wonderful way to personalize a
design. At this point CHI becomes your general contractor.
